Since there are several bedrooms in a house, it is indeed an advantage to take a glimpse of a couple of choices for each one. In one of the recent posts, we have shared with you some bedroom designs of all types then narrowed down to children's bedrooms. This time, we take you to another essential room your dream house should have – the Masters Bedroom. The Masters Bedroom is where mom and dad stays – their dwelling place as others may consider it. Being the fortress of the home, they only deserve the best from the space, furniture and overall designs.
In choosing colors for a bedroom, make sure you will use neutral colors, warm colors, earth colors and pastel colors. These should be used in your walls, ceilings and even your furniture. Avoid using bright colors for this will not stimulate you to sleep. Make sure also that the colors of your furniture and even fabrics complement each other. You have to make your room restful and relaxing so that you won't find it hard to doze off.
The simpler the colors you choose, the bigger your room will look. Colors should be bright. Paint the ceiling with white for it gives a sense of height and space. Do not use dark and bold paint for the ceiling for it will make the room look boxed-in. For the walls, use neutral tones for it will give an illusion of added space. Do not crowd your wall with wall hangings. Leave at least one wall without it to have an impression of space.
